We are a registered non-profit association established in 2010 in Qena Governorate. We work to empower individuals and communities through training, capacity-building, and community-based activities. We believe that every person can create positive change in their community when given the opportunity.

Vision
The association is a think tank dedicated to disseminating comprehensive development concepts and methodologies with the aim of bringing about real change in communities in Upper Egypt, particularly Qena Governorate.
Message
Believing in the ability of community entities and youth to bring about comprehensive development within society, we at the Ana Masry Association for Development and Training in Qena, with our partnerships, youth cadres, and strong relationships with community leaders and government institutions, strive to bring about positive change and instill the concept of comprehensive development in communities by adopting mechanisms and methodologies of partnership and networking, and by providing technical support.
Founding
The association was founded by a group of young people who had been involved in voluntary development activities. They decided to establish a legal entity that reflects this work, embraces religious, gender, and age diversity, and is built on the principles of good governance, citizenship, and a rights-based approach to development.
