Ana Masry Association for Development and Training in Qena<\/strong> is a non-profit civil society organization, officially registered under No. 1222 of 2010. The association has regularized its status in accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Civil Work Law No. 149 of 2019.<\/p>

Operating in Qena Governorate, the association addresses community challenges and issues, guided by goals inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Egypt\u2019s Vision 2030. Its aim is to foster the exchange of expertise and apply best development practices.<\/p>

The association is governed by a board of 7 members, including 4 women, and supported by an active general assembly of 123 members. Its core team of 8 staff members manages the activities, with the support of 25 project-based employees working on time-bound funded initiatives. Ana Masry is also known for its strong capacity to attract and manage volunteers, with a volunteer base of 500 young men and women.<\/p>

The association enjoys strong trust from the community, beneficiaries, and partners, thanks to its solid relationships and partnerships with donors, peer organizations, governmental bodies, and the private sector. Throughout its journey, Ana Masry has succeeded in establishing a sustainable development approach, moving away from traditional charity work, and adopting participatory and design-thinking methodologies in implementing its programs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
